Atypical of the projects Bird encounters at large oil processing sites, the administration building is high in architectural finishes. Eager to showcase our extensive skills, Bird was successful in working within the design and schedule constraints to deliver a high standard of workmanship throughout the project.
Consistent among all of the amenities are the extensive finishes that include curved wall systems, interior clerestory glazing, millwork cladding, acrylic stucco, precast terrazzo stairs, and stainless steel handrails with curved glass in-fills. A state-of-the-art building automation system optimizes the building's energy consumption. Key to this automation system is the computerized network designed to monitor and control the building's mechanical and lighting systems.
