Programming for the facility includes day care centres for all ages of children, a teen drop-in centre, food preparation areas, a library, an internet cafe, multi-use gathering rooms, and administrative offices.

The exterior landscaping and layout replicates a main street park theme. This theme allowed the incorporation of an existing water park and will complement the future development of adjacent land.
