With a tight site, Bird had to work meticulously to bring in building materials and manage safe operations for the on-site precasting and hoisting of construction materials.

The campus upgrades feature stunning suspended, radiused panelized linear ceiling systems as well the team installed over 220,000 square feet of access floor. With the aesthetics mastered, Bird completed technical specialty work including acoustical treatments in the library and boardroom and in the many media-rich classrooms. Throughout construction, Bird embraced the robust amount of design and user changes with minimal delay in completion, thus providing Simon Fraser University with a remarkable facility.
