Bird has completed five Sobeys projects including new builds and renovations in the New Brunswick region. Building construction consists of structural steel and precast wall panels, masonry and metal siding veneer on concrete foundation with a “burned clay brick” front décor - a staple of Sobeys locations. Surface parking, landscaping and site services work was included in the scope of exterior work performed. Bird’s interior work consisted of mechanical and electrical installations or upgrades, lighting, office additions and expansions to accommodate the market.

With Bird’s experience in the urban market, the team was able to complete each project reliably and flexibly to meet the clients’ unique requirements.
