The greatest challenge of this project was the shortened schedule. Since the project was an addition to an operational casino, its completion was extremely time sensitive. Bird was able to ensure the efficient performance of all trades, in order to detract as little as possible from the casino’s activity.

Despite the short timeline, Bird’s pre-construction services were extensive. Thorough design planning was employed to determine the best method to construct the casino efficiently and effectively. Extensive planning was also necessary to accommodate the added regulations of construction on First Nations’ land.
