The administration complex project consists of seven buildings totalling 16,258 square metres including site services, granular paving, and landscaping. The main buildings are a two-storey administration building, and a control and locker facility. The site also includes a 5,800-square-metre maintenance warehouse building and four satellite buildings comprised of a vehicle repair shop, a heavy welding shop, a chemical storage and a chemical lab building.
The team was responsible for the design, supply, and installation of the natural gas, sanitary, domestic water and fire water services, as well as two lift stations to ensure suitable water capacity.
