The Brick retail building is composed of a structural steel frame, brick veneer and steel stud wall system and curtain wall. Ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) was used for the roofing system providing superior performance and low thermal transmission.

Working during the cold winter months required Bird to enclose the building in order to complete the installation of the exterior insulation and finishing systems (EIFS). The high-performance synthetic rubber compound finishes on this building provide outstanding weathering capabilities.
