Construction involved the erection of retail buildings for over 40 different retailers. Bird completed over 150,000 square feet of commercial retail units in the 560,000 square foot site area. Bird also completed the surface parking lots and a 75,000 square foot, two-level parkade. In order to attain the urban lifestyle village setting, the project involved intensive landscaping and streetscaping.

Despite a tight schedule, Bird’s prior experience in the construction of large-scale outdoor shopping complexes, allowed the team to complete the project on time while also satisfying the client’s expectations for the shopping district.
