Located in the heart of downtown Toronto, this two storey dealership combines a showroom, administration area, dealership operations and service shop into a 90,000 square foot space. The building features rooftop parking and two levels of vehicle storage below grade for a total of 120 vehicles.
The team worked closely with the client and the architect at the outset of the project to find alternate materials and systems including the use of sprayed foam insulation systems and the re-routing of mechanical and electrical systems to alleviate budget limitations.
